What we collect
Through the Get Help, Refer a Family and Contact forms on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, contact details, postcode or general area, your relationship to the child or family, and a general description of your enquiry. We deliberately ask forms to keep detailed sensitive information (such as medical, legal, court or custody details) out of these initial forms.
How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry or referral, and to understand whether and how Hole in the Clouds may be able to help.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are processed through Netlify's form handling service and are accessible to authorised people at Hole in the Clouds. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No unnecessary tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural advertising tools, or social media pixels. We take a privacy-conscious, minimal-data approach given the sensitivity of the subject matter.
